How we work

From brief to delivery in weeks, not months. Here's what the process looks like.

One-Off Projects

Start with a single project

You have a specific need. You're testing video for the first time. You want to see how we work before committing to anything longer.

Timeline 2-3 weeks (unless there's a hurry)
Pricing: Project-based, typically $2-5k depending on complexity.

The call

Twenty minutes to understand what you're building and where it goes. We ask the right questions so we can propose the right approach.

The proposal

Timeline and cost locked in before any work starts. Usually same day. No surprises, no scope creep.

The production

Regular check-ins and quick feedback loops. One to two weeks from brief to final video. Rush projects move faster if you need them to.

The delivery

Final video in all formats you need. Source files included. Typically two to five thousand depending on what you're building.

Difference

Why startups choose us

We move at your pace because we understand startup pressure. Fast timelines, smart pricing, and people who've been where you are.

We ship on startup timelines

Most videos land in one to two weeks. Rush projects move even faster.

We understand your language

YC demo days, LLMs, enterprise sales decks, growth metrics. We've lived it.

Flexible from day
one

One video or ten per month. Start wherever makes sense for your stage.

Results that actually matter

We measure success by what moves the needle for your business, not vanity metrics.

Retainers

Become a priority, not a project

You need video regularly. You're tired of scrambling every time you need content. You want a team that knows your product, brand, and audience inside out.

Dedicated capacity

You get dedicated monthly capacity. Think of it like having a video team on staff, without the overhead.

Weekly syncs

We check in regularly. You send requests as they come up. We deliver on the timeline you need.

Better pricing

Volume pricing beats project-by-project rates. Starts at four to six thousand per month depending on scope.

Real partnership

We help you think about what to create, not just execute it. As we work together, we get faster and smarter about your needs.

Partnership

Speed and collaboration, every step of the way

We move fast because we listen first. Quick feedback loops mean you're never waiting weeks for revisions. Real partnership means we're thinking about your next move before you ask.

You brief, we deliver

No disappearing acts. Regular check-ins keep everything on track and transparent.

Revisions in days, not weeks

Give us specific notes and we turn them around fast. Concrete feedback beats vague requests every time.

We learn your product fast

The more we work together, the better we get. Retainer clients see faster turnaround as we understand your needs.

Everything you need, ready to go

Final videos in all formats. Source files included. Subtitles and social cuts available when you need them.

Questions

Common questions about how we work and what to expect.

How long does production take?

Most videos take 1-2 weeks from start to finish. Rush projects move faster. Retainer clients often see quicker turnaround as we learn your product and preferences.

Do you handle filming?

Most of our work is post-production focused—motion graphics, editing, screen recordings, voiceover. If you need on-camera work, we handle that too, though it's usually remote or async.

What if I need revisions?

We turn revisions around in 2-3 days. Give us specific notes and we'll nail it. Vague feedback slows things down, so we prefer concrete direction.

Can I cancel a retainer?

Yes. Monthly commitment, cancel anytime. Most clients start with a one-off project, then move to retainer once they see how we work. No lock-in.

What formats do you deliver?

Final videos in all formats you need—1:1, 16:9, 9:16, and more. Source files included. Optional subtitles, transcripts, and social cut-downs available.
